Registration: No, you don't need to register to place an order. It is beneficial to register so you can track your order and your order history. In addition, your shipping and billing address will be saved for future orders. You will not be added to the e-mail list if you register.
If you have registered, you simply click the login link at the top of any page. Once signed in you can change your password, check your order history, see your wish list, and change your profile information.
Online Shopping: It is as simple or even simpler to shop online then it is to shop in a store. You can view the items by designer or style. Click on the product to see the detailed pictures and description of the item. Simply add the items to your cart and continue shopping or click the checkout button when you are ready. If you have any coupon codes you enter them in the coupon box before checking out. You can sign in or create an account or just check out. Enter your billing address and shipping address, if they are not the same. All orders shipping to an address other then the billing address may be delayed for verification. We will call the customer and the credit card company to verify the address. To avoid any delays, please ship to the billing address if possible. Select the appropriate shipping method then the payment method and then click Continue.
Gift Certificates: On the payment page you can enter a Gift Certificate if you have one, then hit apply. This is usually your store credit code. Make any changes if necessary, then enter the credit card information and complete checkout. It is that easy. You will be e-mailed with an order confirmation and a charge confirmation. You can sign in to see your order status and track your order with USPS.
Item Availability: Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site; occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
Payment: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Paypal.
International Orders: All payments for international order is done through PayPal only.
Tax: Sales tax is only charged to customer's who live in Arizona.
Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any modifications to the order. On a case by case basis, we may be able to make changes if you contact us via phone or e-mail before the order ships. No order cancellations will be accepted.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from unqboutique.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to unqboutiquecom. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
Unqboutique is not responsible for refused or abandoned shipments, This is for both national and international. You are liable for any and all duties, taxes, return shipping, and associated fees when you refuse or abandon a shipment from unqboutique. This includes the following reasons:
- Your refusal to pay duties or taxes.
- You provide an invalid address.
- A carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver a shipment to your home, but cannot because you are away/or do not pay duties and taxes on the shipment.
- Your parcel is returned by customs because its contents are not allowed to be imported into your country.
- Your refusal of any shipment for any reason
International Shipping:
If orders are $300.00 or more we ship at $35.00, orders under $300.00 we ship at $ 55.00 and any orders under $ 300 for international shipping cannot be used with our unq20 discount code. We will ship through USPS or UPS.
You will have to pay customs taxes and duties. Those rates are based on what your country charges. We do not have those rates. We do not accept overseas credit cards unless they are a total match on your billing address on our system. All International Orders Must Be Shipped to the Billing Address only.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from unqboutique.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Returns: Returns will not be processed without prior approval, so please email us using our contact page before returning any merchandise to receive authorization for your return.We will issue the return invoice by email only. When returning an item, mark the outside of your box with the return authorization number you receive from us. Your box must be marked with this number. Any box returned to UNQboutique without a return authorization number will be refused and sent back to you.
General Returns: We will be happy to issue a store credit or refund within 7 days of your tracked delivery date if the item is returned in the original and re-sellable condition.
